Lewis R. Fadely is a seasoned attorney with a strong professional background and a deep commitment to serving his clients. Born in Greensboro, North Carolina, on January 20, 1970, Lewis obtained his B.S. Degree from the University of Florida in 1993. He furthered his legal education by earning his J.D. from the University of Dayton in Ohio in 1996.

With over two decades of legal experience, Lewis was admitted to practice Law in North Carolina in 1997. His expertise extends to both state and federal courts, as he was also admitted to practice in the Federal Court for the Middle and Eastern Districts of North Carolina in 1999. This broader jurisdiction allows him to provide comprehensive legal representation to clients facing a wide range of legal matters.

Lewis is an active member of the Elder Law and Trust & Estates Section of the North Carolina State Bar Association. By actively participating in professional associations, he remains up-to-date with the latest legal developments and maintains a strong network within the legal community. This involvement demonstrates Lewis’s commitment to ongoing professional growth and the delivery of exceptional legal services to his clients.
