Born in Greensboro, North Carolina, on January 20, 1970, Lewis received his B.S. Degree from the University of Florida, 1993, and his J.D. from the University of Dayton, Ohio in 1996.

Shirley is the office manager and handles day to day aspects to include criminal traffic matters.
