He furthered his legal education by earning his J.D. from the University of Dayton in Ohio in 1996.
With over two decades of legal experience, Lewis was admitted to practice Law in North Carolina in 1997. His expertise extends to both state and federal courts, as he was also admitted to practice in the Federal Court for the Middle and Eastern Districts of North Carolina in 1999.
